First Pattern Draft - Basic spandex suit.
Second Pattern Draft - Adjustments made for modern (post-Showa Era) Super Sentai suit look.
The suit adjusted and place onto a new mannequin.
First pattern draft for the movie costume.
Continued revisions. Pleats. New material to better match the vinyl coated spandex used in filming.

Here is the suit on the new body/mannequin that was created using known and estimated measurements based on the Blue Ranger's actor, David Yost.

Content is still being added and edited for this project. Full processes and progress breakdowns (visual and written) are still in-progress and will be finalized before/during Fall 2026. This will include a link to the final thesis project production paper.
