Camera Tracking Project - UFO

This was an assignment from my 3D animation class I took in 2021.

The footage is from my backyard, the UFO model was free on some aggregate site that I can't find anymore. I used the footage to create an HDRI for the chrome material on the UFO. All of the animation and material work was done in Maxon Cinema 4D and the 3D tracking and compositing was done in Adobe After Effects. I then threw in some sounds from freesound.org.

At this stage, I had no prior experience with 3D modeling or 3D animation. I want to remake this sometime with my own model and better compositing. I mainly want to give VFX another try since it is something I haven't had a lot of experience with.
